I think this is the first time I’ve attempted to combine three different challenges – technique, color, and sketch. I had a lot of anxiety about tracing the frame on this one by hand, and all I see when I look at it is that tiny little bloop near the top. Other than that, I’m pleased with how this turned out. I really like the technique of masking the sentiment – I’ve done lots of masking, especially with my PTI stamps, but never specifically with the sentiment.
For this card, I used Papertrey Ink’s Make It Monday #221: Masking Sentiments, Freshly Made Sketches #200 (How awesome are all those prizes, BTW?!), and Color Throwdown #356
Card details: Cardstock – Papertrey Ink white and black, Stamps – Papertrey Ink “Floral Fusion”, Ink – Stamping’ Up! Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive, black Zig pen, Dies: Sizzix “Hello”
So pretty. I like it when you can link it to a couple other challenges. Great job.
